It is an official document issued by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions which states whether a person has previous convictions recorded against him\/her.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Who may apply?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any Citizen of the Republic of Mauritius;<\/li>\n<li>Non Citizen who holds a resident\/ work permit in Mauritius<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:
