Please note, applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the date of the planned collection.<\/p><p><b>What you should know<\/b><\/p><p><b><\/b>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Any person helping the promoter (person responsible for the public collection) should have with a Collector\u2019s Permit, which should be signed by the promoter and bear the official stamp of the \u2018Office of the Commissioner of Police\u2019 with mention that the \u2018Photocopy of this document is not valid\u2019.<\/p><p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Only the promoter and authorized collectors are allowed to collect money from members of the public on presentation of their permits.<\/p><p><b>Service Charge<\/b><\/p><p><b><\/b>You do not have to pay for a public collection permit.
